Customer feedback finally received!

Just a note to say that after my really good flight in May from IAD - LHR, I sent an appreciative email to VA through the customer services form on the website from Revivals. I didn't expect a reply as the acknowledgement form that I got back seemed to indicate that I wouldn't (given the amount of correspondance they had to deal with due to the ash cloud..)
Anyway, just to say got a short note back from them tonight to say that my comments had been passed onto the crew I specifically mentioned in the note.
I know its 6 weeks late but still a nice touch when I didn't expect it to come back.
