Customer feedback finally received!

Just a note to say that after my really good flight in May from IAD - LHR, I sent an appreciative email to VA through the customer services form on the website from Revivals. I didn't expect a reply as the acknowledgement form that I got back seemed to indicate that I wouldn't (given the amount of correspondance they had to deal with due to the ash cloud..)

Anyway, just to say got a short note back from them tonight to say that my comments had been passed onto the crew I specifically mentioned in the note.

I know its 6 weeks late but still a nice touch when I didn't expect it to come back. :)

Very good!

Also, I'm glad you mentioned the crew. Working in a similar sort of job I always appreciate it when passengers compliment me on what I do/have done. In the past week I've had 3 such complients about my efficiency and it really is a nice change from being shouted at. ^)

Lizz,
I specifically asked the crew member who was looking after me who the crew members were so I could write the note. I hoped it would get back to them - although I did say thankyou when I left the aircraft, I wanted to make it 'official' as it were.

Must be soul destroying to work in an airport at times ...
