Exit row seats available at Twighlight check-in?

Are the PE exit-row and/bulkhead seats definitely available at Twighlight Check-in, or are they going to reserve them for "normal" on-the-day check-in?

I've already got a couple of seats upstairs in the bubble for my LGW-LAS flight tomorrow, but would really prefer the upstairs exit-row seats (row 75 upstairs and 81 downstairs if I recall correctly) if they make them available at Twighlight check-in. This would be for 2 adults.

Thanks.

Thanks for the quick reply. Supplementary question....;

I booked the 2 seats (one for a colleague); can I go to LGW and check myself in tonight and get a seat (exit-row) reserved for me AND my colleague, even though he won't be physically going to the airport until tomorrow morning?

Thanks again.

Just to let you know that row 81 downstairs is a bulkhead row, not an exit. There is toilets and a galley in front of it.

I very much doubt it, as you are physically checking in at that point, then they will only do this if the person is there.

Also, part of the reason VS only allow the allocation of Exit Rows at the airport is to ensure that the person is physically able etc etc, then again, they would need to see them.

I suppose it wouldn't harm to ask.

Yes thanks Tinkerbelle, I'd spotted that when I was on the phone to VAA originally. On balance I'd still rather have 81 or 75 avoiding someone putting their seat back in my face for 10+ hours!

81AC/HK have a LOT more legroom than 81 DEFG in the middle of the aircraft which feels quite cramped in comparison.

A/C or H/K are definitely preferable and as there are only 2 of us, make a lot more sense than the middle row.
