Poppin' my VS Cherry! Online Check-in query

Hi,

First flight with Virgin coming up soon. (VS029)
Received my e-ticket from my travel agent and under check-in details it says: Terminal

Does this mean that I will be unable to check-in online? I've managed to access my booking online and add meal preference and enter APIS information etc.

I don't believe I have seats allocated yet, I assume this feature will become available at check-in (assuming I can actually check-in online!)

If you can access your booking on-line you should be able to do OLCI when the time comes.

You should also be able to request seats from that page by clicking on the View or change seats link underneath the Flight Itinerary boxes. If, however you get a message saying you can't it means that 60% of seats have already been allocated. These will be released just before OLCI and you should be able to choose one then

Yes, we currently get the message re: 60% seats, so will look out to do that when we attempt OLCI. Hopefully should work.
