I am travelling a Wednesday later this month. Does anybody know the earliest time that I can check in for my flight at 11:30 at the desk and also what time the clubhouse opens. Also is there a limit to the time you can spend in it as most of the exec lounges I have been in state that you have the three hour period before your flight only.
Look forward to hearing your replies.
Thanks
Matt

Hi and welcome to the site.
You can check in any time from when the check in opens at 6am
The CH opens at 7am and you can stay as long as you want, although I imagine you will want to catch your flight!

Hey,
No restrictions on time spent in the clubhouse - though I suspect you would get some funny looks if you were in there for 0700 and were on the JNB flight at 2030!

the earlier the better!
enjoy, it's a destination in itself. just remember to look cool & pretend like its a second home for you - & don't be shy trying everything & having a good look around
plus it's an unwritten v-flyer rule that you need to be on the champers within 10 minutes of arriving

Donlt forget you can do OLCI at T-24hrs rather than wait till the airport.
And if you want a spa treatment, head to the cowshed reception desk before doing anything else. Have a look on the menu of tretaments on the VS website then you will have an idea what to ask for.
Enjoy your trip

That's quite a regular occurance where pax have a long lay-over. I seem to recall there are some loungers in the library area that can be made into beds.

I arrived at 9am for the VS1 at 4:20pm because of my connecting flight. The lady at the door said that often happens and by coincidence there was a guy in my area of the Clubhouse behind the bar who had come in in the VS4 and was flying out on the JNB flight that night
