Hello Everyone,
Our last Virgin flights were in July 07 when we upgraded with miles from economy for our first Upper Class flights LHR to LAX - which we thoroughly enjoyed!
We've recently managed to get Reward flights in Upper to Tokyo next April, and I wondered what we might find has changed - for the better and for the worse since 07?
Thanks
Mike

A quick scratch of the head:
-IFBT
+cake stand
-goody basket
+no cowshed pre-booking (in general peeps seem to have no trouble getting appointments on the day)
Can't think of much else. Hope you have a wonderful time!

No basket with Polo's, Cowshed products pens etc.
Still very enjoyable, when are you travelling?

Did the red cushion and flower-on-the-bar feature in 07, or had they already fallen victim to the bean-counters by then? Food has been up and down in the past few years, but it wasn't exactly at its best in 2007.
No Tanqueray 10 anymore which is - quite frankly - a crime against humanity. Has V:Port become more temperamental? Probably. And as others have mentioned, goody baskets, IFBTs and - god forbid - anything close to an amenity kit have all bitten the dust.
