Hi,
Has anyone used this service as part of their Virgin Holiday? I saw it advertised on TV and wondered what the offers are.
I'm planning a trip away for a stag party sometime in 2012 and want to make the Vegas trip the best possible without going overboard on price.

TBH I don't think the 'RockStar service' is anything more than just a marketing gimmick.
It's not a specific service as such it's just a combination of all the usual services VH offers anyone and everyone.
More info about it

Ah Ok, I did look at that and thought I was looking in the wrong place. The advert I saw was a bit misleading then as it mentioned upgrades etc.
Does any other company offer and other services that provide a better experience?

Then the Metro did an article on it this morning
here which makes it sound like something extra for nothing.
A no point do they say "we booked a top class holiday with all the extras".

That was the one I saw, quite disappointing to learn that it's all optional extras!

That apprears incredibly misleading. I am confused by the "bumped up" comment - I'm not an expert but if he had CDC and Clubhouse entry unless he was Au wouldn't he have paid for Upper Class flights anyway?

I think if you book through Virgin Holidays you can pay for lounge access, or is that incorrect?

I doubt he paid for anything
There was a similar article in Sunday's Observer
here which at least acknowledges that it's a concierge service and the relationship between money being paid and the items / experiences (though without ever saying "upgrades will be paid for...")

You can pay for lounge access with VH but as VH usually only book Z fares for Upper, you wont get a CDC.

If you hover your mouse over the little plane underneath her name in the panel to the right of the screen it will telly you the dates of her flights. This works if you have entered details of your upcoming flights in the Itineraries forum
