looking at booking a PE fare USA to UK, probably to use miles to upgrade to UC. On the website you are offered two classes at the PE (lowest) option - W and S - whats the difference?

both appear on the list of upgradeable with miles list, so I'm trying to work out which one I'm supposed to prefer!

If you look in "The Toolbox" under fare codes there is a full explanation of all VS codes.

S will be cheaper than W.

Thanks. Unfortunately most links in the toolbox are still pointing to the old site, so you get in a 'our site has moved loop' and a 'page not found' link. hmm.

Might be an idea to clear all V-flyer related cookies.

There is a link at the bottom of the page called 'delete board cookies' - that might help

They shouldn't be. I would suggest you clear your cookies/cache out and try again. All of the Toolbox features are on the new site and working fine.

Just to sum up, an W fare is fully refundable, an S fare isn't.
