You're going to Barbados aren't you?? If so, the inbound menu will be different as this is the menu to/from the USA.

Looks like a really good menu both out & in, i will have quite a few chances to sample the menu in the upcoming months.

Would "autumn" usually cover March/April? This is when I have my LAX return flights in u/c (I usually travel p/e, so am very much looking forward to this).

No, this menu will last until the beginning of December. The UC menu changes every three months; the PE and economy menu every six months

You need to look out for the "spring" menu nearer to when you are due to fly.

A bundtlet is a mini bundt cake.

Light bites and breakfast seem like they have had a budget cut...

Looks appetizing, whether it actually is remains to be seen. Wish they'd upgrade the wine from maybe 2 quid a bottle to 4!

Well, a bundt is a cake in a very specific shape, so in theory you don't want to call it simply a small cake, or when one gets it they might complain it's not a shape they like, or too dry (which IMO can actually be true of this particular shape). Now, somebody got a bit too clever with the wordplay, surely, but the name will perhaps convince some to ask what it is, like you did, and make a more informed decision rather than ordering something they end up not liking.

They're the shorter flights to/from the east coast of America

In other words, VS doesn't think that people traveling from the West coast need a real breakfast after a 10 hour flight.......

Yet again, totally underwhelmed by the menu, so what's that, 2 I liked and 2 I didn't in the last year ?

VS say they have the policy of "Freedom Dining" - eat what you want, when you want. As I often don't fancy eating from the dinner menu on my way back from MCO I have suddenly wondered if I could order the lighter option of scrambled egg and bacon from the breakfast menu before I try to sleep. Has anyone please ever tried this ?

If its not served on your specific flight then i doubt it would even be loaded for you to choose.
