Hi all
I have booked a reward ticket (T) - should by chance they be offering paid upgrades from Econ to PE at the airport am I able to take advantage of it? Or do I still need to have a ticket that has a value

To upgrade an Economy reward ticket, you need to add more miles to it, which is 10,000 per person for PE one way. These can't be upgraded with cash.

You can't upgrade reward fares with cash I'm afraid.
You can only upgrade them with more miles.

thanks - so if I have a reward ticket in Econ and there is availability and reward seats in PE then I should be able to upgrade with miles?

Gosh...sorry to be a pain a couple more questions...
With an ECON ticket (T), I thought I couldn't do anything with these and to upgrade was almost impossible. So in theory if I book the 25K reward sale at the moment I could upgrade to PE with 10k miles pp each way if there is availability - how do i do this as flying club said it wasn't possible?
What is the mileage to move from a Econ (t) to UC assuming there is availability?

Those figures are to upgrade an eligible cash fare with miles. To upgrade to another cabin with miles, you will need to pay the correct mileage for each cabin, which is 75k round trip for PE, and 100k round trip for UC (90k on certain routes)

Exactly the case, they would be inundated with people doing it that way otherwise.
