My family of 4 are booked into the V Room but my sister has managed to get on the same flight to join us in Orlando, so I phoned to book her place in the V Lounge and was told it was fully booked and to try on the day, do they hold back so many places to be book on the day do you think?

I previosuly have had a problem with no availability and I am told this is because they strictly limit the number of people in the lounge so not to over crowd etc.

You have to report to someone at the front desk, I am not what checks they do, so it might be best just to try and all go in as a group and see if anything is said.

They do check everyone has an invite at the door quite strictly.

Last time we went however, there was a Virgin Holidays rep selling invites to VH customers only at check in.
She got a friend who merely had the flight booked only in for the normal price - when she saw he was the only one of a 20+ wedding party without an invite and the only one not on VH. So its not a hard rule, and they can bend it.

If capacity is sold out, I agree they shouldn't accommodate, it would remove the niceness of the V-Room if overcrowded to me, personally.
