Customer Relations

Is the Dunstable address the best one to use?

From anyone's experience, is there someone in particular I should address my concerns to?

It concerns a 10 hour delayed flight, unsatisfactory service from the ground staff, the purchase of an exit row seat that wasn't and the subsequent behaviour of a ticketing manager who having boarded the plane and assured me he would sort out the situation promptly got off without doing or telling anyone anything :(!

Ouch, sounds like a horrible experience - I assume you will be looking for the 600 EURO(?) compensation for the delayed flight?

I believe some people just write to SRB in Crawley...

As mentioned above, I would write addressed to SRB at the main Crawley office.

I did write to SRB at the Crawley office regarding a problem and it still found itself across in India with WNS, I did get a reply from the Executive office after about 4 weeks which was disappointing - so by writing to SRB does guarantee at least a reply from the Executive office (eventually) but might be underwhelming.
