Not unreasonable, SQ doesn't need this kind of incentive to attract buyers to its higher end products, but realistically a RT F reward on a decent plane (ie not 747) is going to cost almost a mil anyway (for a full award, which is the only one you ever seem to find), and 330k for a standard (they don't do saver awards for 777s). This is just pretty much in line with the ethos of the program.
