A330 Pre-Booking Seats

Flying to MCO next summer from MAN and think its most likely on the A330, so cant pre-book seats just yet:
"You are not currently able to view/change seats if you are flying on an Airbus 330, however this facility will be available shortly"
I remember someone mentioned this on these forums and said it would be available in November at earliest, any chance someone has some more info on when exactly i can pick a seat?
