That (red) Morale figure does seem rather low.
Even more strange is that this chart is linked from a
VS careers advert.Click the "Quick, The boss is coming" button.
Not the first time that this chart has appeared on VS websites.

Bill i'm assuming your joking that this is real stats for VS. They've had this on the career page for ages & is obviously tongue in cheek that you click on it & your existing boss see's how great your current job is!!

How did VS get a copy of the powerpoint that we regularly use to illustrate the KPIs at our company? I shall be in touch with Messrs Sue, Grabbit and Run in the morning...

As Denzil says, it's been there ages.
Slightly off topic, but it's not very often you see flight deck jobs been advertised.
There's a couple of interesting ones in there too, uniform co-ordinator could be an interesting one, 'Here's what we would now like all cabin crew to wear.....'

Still looking for a regional clubhouse manager, hasn't that one been there in a while?

Gleamed some facts about Swansea from it too.
Looks like opening in Jan 2011.
Hours of 07:00-23:00.
Going 24 hours later on.
Just don't have any important holidays booked...
To quote Yosser, "Gissa job. We can do that"

Not sure I'd want to be waiting staff though. £0 upwards. Now that's doing it for love...

Just read this post now. Like Bill I had completely misconstrued the intent behind this 'feature'.I assumed it was placed by a disillusioned employee in the IT department and that the stats referred to VA. Your explanation Denzil makes much more sense, which makes me feel a little foolish.
However, if I can take it the wrong way..........

Going back to the original link, Swansea are now recruiting for
night shift advisors too.

0030-0530hrs
:0 That's a nasty shift. It's bad enough waiting for 22:00 to come around when I'm working nights.
With the call center hours going to 24/7, I presume this means they will be handling calls from all VS global locations not just the UK and US as is currently the case.
I can't imagine there's much demand for UK customer service at 3am in the morning. Although that is an advantage to working shifts as if I need to call a 24hr call center, there's usually no waiting times during the night

That's my read on it too. Nights will get the evening US calls and the morning Far East calls.
