Travelling out of LHR on the '24 on Saturday. Is there any option to be dropped of by Taxi at the Upper Class drop-off point used by the VAA Limo's - with prior warning/notification of course etc?

Depends what Fare Bucket your UC ticket is in.

I guess your travelling on a G or Z ticket in which case you need to be invited to take part in the 'trial' - if you are then you get an email 2-3 days before your flight. You could always be cheeky and ring anyway and ask! You need to book a slot to arrive during.

On the day itself you will then need to phone to give details of the Taxi - make /model / colour / registration at least 30 mins before your slot start time.

Unless they change the rules before then, I would suggest that if you haven't received an email inviting you to use the DTCI, you call VS 2-3 days beforehand. The other alternative is for you to book the chauffeur driven service using miles. 17,500 miles will allow you to book a CDC and have the full DTCI service without worrying about it. It is a wonderful experience! :D

Nice to see you posting again, EGG. :X You've been away too long.
