My son is travelling back PE as UC is fully booked, whilst we booked earlier and managed UC both ways.
Now at NBJ the lounge is Air Jamaica's: does the 1 guest ruke still apply there?

I looked for the clubhouse and other lounges list on the VS Web site, and it's not where it used to be so can't be 100% sure, however I am certain that the guest rule will apply. The best thing in such cases is to have the check in staff issue the lounge invitation"+1".

I flew back from MBJ recently in PE and as a gold took a guest in
You need to ask at check in for an invite for each PAX
Although the lounge leaves a lot to be desired drab and dreary, a couple of cakes and a drink which the receptionist has to go and get for you
I actually found the terminal more inviting
