Virgin Alliance

With all this speculation of tie-ups and mergers with BMI and so forth, am I the only person not thinking that why don't all of the Virgin airlines join forces to create 'Virgin Airways'? I know it's a little complicated with the fact RB doesn't have his fingers in their pies, but they do all carry the Virgin name.

Virgin Atlantic, Virgin America, Virgin Blue and V Australia - that's quite some force in the aviation world, surely not?

For a start, Virgin America won't be allowed to due to the fuss all the other carriers created that nearly scuppered the launch.

I thought all Virgin Airline snow had reciprocal benefits - so in effect there is already a FF alliance.
