I'm traveling LHR>PVG in January, and need to transfer to an internal flight to PEK on arrival. VS250 arrives at 09.20 - can I make an Air China flight at 11.20?

Hand luggage only, both airlines are Terminal 2.

*Assuming* your flight is on time, no problem at all. Immigration at PVG is extremely efficient, with hand baggage only, you'll not have an issue.
