Winter 2010 Upper Class Menu - DXB to LHR

Sorry, don't have the outbound - it was New Year's Eve and there was Lancashire Hotpot :D . That's about all I remember before I went to sleep.

Anyway, the inbound:

Starters
• Poached flaked salmon
• Thyme roasted pumpkin soup

Mains
• Pan fried chicken with onion and mushroom gravy, roast potato wedges, sautéed courgettes and red & yellow peppers
• Mustard crusted Nile perch with lemon butter, parsley new potatoes wedges, steamed carrot, turnip and beans
• Aubergine ravioli with red pepper and basil sauce, sautéed beans and peppers

Cheese

Deserts

• Sticky date pudding with butterscotch sauce
• Chocolate marble cheesecake with whipped cream

Light Bites

• Cheese and branston roll
• Chicken calzone
• Chilli con carne with basmati rice

Wine

• Champagne – pannier
• Sauvignon Blanc - 2009 Quintay Clava – Chile
• Grillo - 2009 Luna Clara – Italy
• Chardonnay/Roussanne - 2009 Felines Jourdan – France
• Velvet 2009 Gerhard Pittnauer – Austria

I can recommend the cheesecake, but I skipped the whipped cream.
