Online seat booking issues

Hello,

I've logged into both my bookings today, when viewing the seat allocations, they have all been removed and reset so the seats I had originally booked were not showing.

Has anyone experienced this before? It only effected my UC flights, PE seat selections were the same.

No change to aircraft or dates. I simply reselected and it worked.

Wondered if it's a system wide technical issue or just me?

Happens to me about 50% of my flights - another delightful feature of a booking system that is held together with sellotape. :D :w

Usually, if I catch it quick enough, the seats I have been moved out of are still showing empty, so I move myself back. :?

Thanks Nick - certainly "delightful"

I've managed to re-book my seats now, I guess I'll have to check daily!

I have to say, and touch wood, fingers crossed etc etc, we have never had our seat requests changed on any VS flights, we just must be very lucky!
