That is unusual.

There are usually a fair few Iberia pax in there, if you arrive just after the VS check in desks open.

I assume that following their takeover of BA, the Iberia pax now use the BA lounge. ?|

Few more people in now.

According to the concierge the Iberia pax do still use this lounge - but there is no flight on a Sunday for them. So just us VS pax and any Icelandic air pax.

tried the chocolate cake in there the other week. Nice but very rich.

There's less direct flights to Madrid over the winter. I try to fly on days that they don't, as the lounge gets very crowded.

The chocolate cake is the best. They replaced it last summer with something different, but I think so many people complained to the chef, that it's back again.

If I don't do a tier point run before July, I'm afraid I'm not going to be able to have my cake OR eat it for a long time.
