Given that the V-Room will be operated by Virgin Holidays not Virgin Atlantic, my money would be on NO. That, at least is the official word ATM.
Having said that we live in a commercial world and, given that VS are seemingly letting more and more airlines use the CH at LHR, it would make perfect commercial sense for VH to sell passes to VS or direct to their customers. I suppose it will also depend on how much VS are charged to use the Escape Lounge
Also, a lot will depend of capacity issues - if the room is under used, then is makes sense to raise extra revenue for VS pax - if it is full to the gunnels each day, then they won't have that luxury.

Depending upon which way things go VS pax could eventually have:
• Five-star dining facilities with a selection of international cuisine.
• A modern business centre providing individual workstations and privacy for people with laptops.
• A family room, where children can be entertained.
• A relaxation area, including high-comfort leather chairs and reading material.
• Luxurious bathrooms and shower facilities for customers to freshen up before their departure.
• A prayer room.
• Expansive views over the airport’s taxiway and runway.

Slinky09 - that's two half fulls so is Bill now replete?
I think that it will boil down to finance - empty places will be sold.
