Swansea call centre -first time

I had to call Fc today to try and bring saturdays flight forward to tomorrow. the first young lady I spoke to was super effecient, helpful and incredibly cheerful. She answered all the questions quickly and at the end when i said i would caqll back within the hour, gave her full name (not just first) and extension number.
call no 2 to rebook, different girl but 'I can help you sir if you like'...again very on the ball changed the flight, chatted politely whilst the details were clearing, then booked two exit rows for me for my son and my trip to JFK next month. All done without a hitch and finished off again with her full name extension number and wishes for a pleasant trip.

2 minutes later my phone rings, its no 2 apologising for calling but she needs the 4 digits on the card for the exit seats. couldnt be more polite and again 'I hope you have a fantastic trip tomorrow'

so

Swansea ***** (thats 5 star)
Delhi **** (thats cr*p)

a very positive step forward by VS :D

We said it would be. Hopefully it will go from strength to strength, especially out of hours.

I have received fantastic service from the Swansea Call Centre - everyone I have spoken to here has been polite and good at building rapport - taking a genuine interest.

It doesn't take much to sound positive and enthusiastic!

In fact, I find the service at Swansea far better than the Premier line - when calling to book my UC flights, I would rather stay with the person in Swansea than be transferred through to Crawley!
