Thanks for posting Tinks, been waiting to see what delights I'll get on ma flight to NYC in May. The veggie option don't sound too bad, and as there isn't any other choice for me, that's what i'll have to try :-0 But hey there's always champagne

Thank you Tink.

Not overly struck by the pork loin but the fish or mac&cheese looks fine and the wine is tempting too. Might pass on the desserts as one must watch the waistline. :w

Inbound will probably be the soup with the fish again.

Both ways, there is always the cheese plates. :D

Thanks Tinks, looks like a slight improvement.

Let's hope that will continue to expand on the "take-out style" choices, as I get the impression most people prefer that to the usual offerings :P

Avoid the steak and mushroom pie at all costs, had on Wednesday, it's dire, and whoever thought that cherry tomatoes in gravy was a good idea is an idiot!

I won't ever eat chicken on a VS flight after being poisoned two years ago, and then having that spoil five days of my holiday. So that's out too.

What exactly is langoustine lobster? Is that like saying it's a big shrimp but we're bigging it up!

Isn't tortelleni pasta tautological?

Nice to see nuts making their way back to the menu, so that's another two options off for me.

Can't say I like the sound of a mini sushi box, especially 10 hrs after it could have been loaded.

This is a menu that has me pulling my hair out, it's like VS has reversed in one fell swoop the improvements in dining of late.

At least the pork loin might be eatable, and the Minervois is definitely drinkable.

BTW Tinks, thank you very much for posting!

I have to agree with you on that, very bizarre choice. The soup sounds like the normal :$

Other than that, I am thankful there are two more menu changes before we fly in November and of course, even more thankful that the PE menu will probably hold something I will like :D

I note on the inbound menu that the full cooked breakfast is not on the VS46. Does this mean that a cooked breakfast isn't served? Do we not get brekkie on the VS46 from JFK to LHR?

Not on the shorter east coast routes, nope. Still have the bacon roll option though, not just the full breakfast, has been like that for quite a while now too!

Thanks for letting me know Alex, appreciated. Just have to have a continental breakfast then I guess. Or we'll just head to the revivals lounge and grab a cooked breakfast in there :-)

None of the east coast flights to LHR get a cooked breakfast because of the shortness of the flight. The bacon roll is the only option. It's been like that for some time
