Manage my booking?

Good Day,

I'm booked from SFO to JNB in October. I tried to change my seat assignment online, but my booking was not found.

I know October is a ways off but I'm wondering if this is normal?

Guess I'll have to pick up the phone.

Thanks

Anton

Welcome to V-flyer

When you say that your booking was not found, did you mean you could not get on to that page or that you could not view the seat map? If it was the latter it probably is because only 60% of seats are available for allocation and the rest are not available until OLCI opens with the exception of exit rows and bulkheads.

If that was not the problem have you entered the correct 6 digit alpha/numeric PNR correctly? If you have booked other than directly with VS you may not have that available to you

It may also be the VS system tonight! I tried to log into one if my bookings I regularly view and it told me it could not locate the booking.

5 minutes late it was fine!

Also seen the "closed" screen a few times tonight, telling me to call as site down.

Perhaps some systems maintenance in the background.

If it doesn't show, I'd call.

You're right, Luke!

VS has been on the blink tonight

If you still can't get in check the alphanumeric code- o&0, I,l etc can be confused. I also have a booking that is accessible only with e-ticket number (with the gap removed) and not with the PNR.
