Another example of why The VA team are great!

So just phoned the UC res. number as the ability to check to upgrade prices on 'manage my bookings' has vanished for some reason.

The team were more than helpful and actually offered some very sound advice. It's a pitty other airlines don't offer such a great service at 23:19 on a Saturday night.

Called BA last year to ask about a special fair and the CS team were terrible (my own fault for flying BA i guess!!)

Glad you had a good experience, they do seem to vary a lot. Phoned up yesterday for some flight pricing inc VX flights, he couldn't do the route we wanted and was generally very unhelpful. Didn't sound very happy and 'sir' wasn't used once, or anything else apart from 'you'.

Tried PTS after and there were amazing, suggesting other routes along with the one we are looking at, also suggesting hotels that are in-line with our preferences and history. Friendly and chirpy, but highly professional.
