V-Flyer

I understand that it is possible to use VS miles to
book reward seats on either Air New or Singapore Airlines flights. I am looking to book a business class seat to either Hong Kong or Singapore. Can some one please confirm if this is correct and if so how I would go about doing it. I think I remember reading that miles could not be used on Singapore Airles A380 flights.

Any information would be welcome.

As far as the VS website is accurate, you can't use points for business or first on Singapore.

You would need to phone up VS to book though.

You need to phone VS for NZ availability as VS themselves need to phone NZ to do the booking

Good luck on using the miles on NZ- I gave up after contacting NZ direct (following advice from the Premier team who can only make one request a day to NZ). Despite being uber flexible I couldn't get anything in BP for LHR-LAX (which would have been a great use of my miles).
