V-Flyer

Hi guys

I'm on the new A330 VS071 a week on Sunday but the return flight is a 747 (Gatwick aircrafts I believe). What is the IFE likely to be on the return flight. I have heard all about the new IFE on A333 and have got my USB's & ipod at the ready

It will either be Nova or Odyssey on the 747.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but you are definitely going to be in for a shock on your return leg! )

After experiencing the latest and greatest which is JAM, with it's glorious shiny USB ports, games, AVOD and more, unfortunately Nova is a completely different world. Don't get me wrong; Nova isn't that bad of an IFE system. It has a wide variety of Films / TV / Audio channels (12 IIRC), but no fancy features such as USB connectivity. If you get Odyssey, you'll get a few games but compared to your outbound it probably won't be anything to write home about...
