OUTBOUND

Starters
Pea and basil risotto with seared king prawns and parmesan cheese
Feta cheese and sun blushed tomato tart with tangy tomato chutney

Main Courses
Dijon mustard and herb crusted roast chicken with roasted vegetables and vine tomatoes
Seared fillet of salmon with a chervil, vermouth and tomato sauce served on a pillow of crab and mascapone and string vegetables
Beetroot filled tortellini with a coarse grain mustard and horseradish creme fraiche sauce topped with rocket and Italian cheese

Light Bites (VS 7, 17, 19, 23, 43, 63, 65, 69, 85 only)
Mini beef burger with cheese and a tomato relish
Green salad with spring onions, pea shoots, flaked almonds and extra virgin olive oil
Mini sushi selection box

Desserts
Lemon mascarpone tart with lemon zest syrup
Sally Lunn bread and butter pudding with roasted peaches and creme Anglaise

Roasted beet carpaccio with a slice of gorgonzola cheese, walnuts and pomegranate balsamic dressing

Main Courses
Grilled beef fillet with maitre d'butter, Yukon gold mashed potato and green beans with garlic and herbs
Chicken supreme wrapped in smoked bacon on fingerling potato, cannellini and fava bean sauté with fennel and lemon beurre blanc
Roast artichoke, cherry tomato, asparagus and caramelised onion tart with tomato tapenade
