quick question, am looking at a trip in Aug and the UC offers make it very worthwhile. however i might be faced with a long stopover at JFK before heading on to RSW.

I am pretty sure the lounge is landside -so could I use it as an 'arrival 'and hang around for a few hours ? failing that I guess there are a couple of PP lounges I can use

In general I think the only way to do this would be if you were flying on from JFK with Virgin America and were travelling First Class or Main Cabin Select. Then you could get in to the VS clubhouse for $35. But, of course, this is of no use to you because they don't fly down to Florida from New York. :(!

Or if you are lucky enough to find any v-flyers who extend their CH invite to you on the day! :0

But you still have to be on a Virgin Atlantic operated flight that day...
