Online Check In and MCO

Couldn't find a specific answer in the search so....
I have only used online check in once on my outbound journey last year. Didn't use it on the return journey as I didn't have a printer for the boarding passes.
I've read on here that you can bag your seats at online check in and pick up the boarding passes at the airport.
Question....given the mele that is Orlando check in, where do I pick up the boarding passes, is it just a matter of queuing up with the masses at check in as usual where they will be issued when handing over luggage??
Also, if I do manage to access a printer, what happens to the luggage then. I have never noticed a dedicated luggage drop at Orlando (usually just a sea of bodies) do they have one, or am I still queueing up regardless.
