Does anyone know how you find out your FC year end date? It used to say in 'your account' now I can't find it anywhere on emails or within my account summary statement.

I wanted to check as it took 6 weeks for my account to upgrade to ag due to VX flight TP issues.

Hadn't noticed what you said until now - as this is all I can see relating to renewal dates on my FC account. While the 31st of May is correct as that is when I earned Ag, it doesn't say anything anywhere else....the bit at the bottom is missing.

Yes very odd, my account expiry date is 21/01/15 but only because I've got an MPM for that date. Looks like I'll need to call FC to confirm the date as I want to plan next 12 months flight for renewal.

Well I wouldn't say I was much help, but glad you found it at least a bit helpful. However with the rolling 12-13 month thing FC does, I can't be too sure the 31 May is my actual renewal date - I seem to think it might actually be 30 June for some reason.... Would be good to hear if FC says they will put the year end date back up. Let us know if you hear anything!

I'm trying to find out my renewal date too. They don't make it easy. As soon as I had renewed AU a couple of months ago, the message I used to have at the bottom of the account page changed from:

You need nn Tier Point(s) by [dd/mm/yy] to renew gold membership

to:

Congratulations you have renewed your Gold status

with no date.

With the latest round of website changes even that has gone and all I have is:

Please note that the 'Expires End' date shown on your Gold membership card does not relate to your membership year. The date shown on your card simply allows sufficient time for you to receive your new Gold renewal pack.

That date is 07/11, but I'm sure my orginal date was something like 31st May.
Ideally I'd like all tier points from 1st June to go to my next years allocation, but they seem to be appearing in the current year.
I wrote to FC on Friday, so I'll let you know if I get a useful response any time soon.
