PE to Jamaica - Seating advice

Hi I am going to Jamaica on the 747 with the P E upstairs. I have pre booked seats row 80 which is at the back. Is this a good choice. I chose this because the others are blocked out at the moment at the front section and Emergency exits. Also I chose these as there is no one behind, but it is next to stairs and galley, is this a problem. Thanks

Hi Sheba - welcome to V-Flyer

Check out the trip reports on this site. Under The Toolbox, there is a Trip Report Index link where you can search for your flight number (and others with the same 744 config). You will be able to see how others rated the cabin and their seats. You can also search the site - something like "upstairs PE seats" will get you a few answers.

Upstairs in the bubble is generally liked by many round here. Row 80 is good in that you can recline "without guilt".

I prefer row 75 for the extra legroom - that is available on the day at check-in (even if you have done OLCI).

Have a great flight.

Martin
