A333 Or 744

Clicked into my booking this afternoon and could see my flight had changed from VS75 to VS73 next Friday.

I called the Premier team who were very helpful and friendly but could not work out what had gone on. It was all perfect and fine when I checked yesterday! My original seat choice of the VS75 is now gone, so have had to take the only seat left though a seat remains reserved on VS73 also until I decide.

So should it be the A333 which is fab IFE (by all accounts) or the trusty 744 with poor IFE but a seat waiting for me on the upepr deck, and of course with the VS73 a chance (ok very small) of an upgrade offer to UC as 4 seats remain available!!

Was it meant to be, should I be on VS73 or shall I stick with my original choice. All opinions and views welcome.

Makes no difference what time I arrive in Orlando really and the service will be the same, so that comes down to comfort and entertainment I guess......

Thanks

Jon

VS73 and the 747 for me. Having flown both in April/May, the bubble just cannot be beat, and for me the PE dab in in the A333 just felt cramped. Yes the IFE is great, but not anywhere enough to make me want o give up the 747.

Agreed. 744 bubble every time. Too crowded on the 333 and the new IFE does nor compensate for the lack of space.

333 for me not flew in the bubble but did have a look around it once my flight had landed and would choose the modern refreshed 333 cabin interior and great ife which will work unlike my broken screen on my return flight over the 744!!

And of course, more seats may become available nearer OLCI.

Ah, just had a call from FC they have got to the bottom of the issue and I have been reinstated into my original seat on the VS75 which is operated by the A333. They were great in sorting it all out.

I will see what the outbound sector is like and then when in the USA might switch to return on the VS74 so it might be a case of getting to enjoy the best of both worlds!!

Thanks for all the advice.
