Hi,

Have now hopefully got my mind around the LHR check in...be it drive thru or not!

Just need to ask please.

Can l assume that when we fly from SFO to LAS First Class we will have access to the Club House. Am only asking this as from what l have read the CH at SFO does not appear to open until lunchtime....our flight departs at 1.30pm.

Also need to ask about lounge access on our departure from LAS to MAN.

Access to the VS CH at SFO can be bought by VX First Class pax for $35, but as you have said it really wouldn't be worth it because of the opening time.

And the SFO Clubhouse is now in a seperate terminal from that which VX use.

If you are flying Upper from LAS to MAN then you will be able to use the "First Class Lounge" next to the boarding gate in Vegas.

The LAS Lounge is not a "Clubhouse" though, but you can get drinks and snacks (crisps, fruit, selection of sandwiches) no hot food

Theres not a lot past security in LAS Terminal 2. A very small Duty Free shop, Burger King, Pizza take-out, newspaper/sweet shop

As well as a row of slot machines to drain you of your last lot of money!

Actually T2 which VX now uses is huge and very light and airy with loads of shops and places to eat past security and really does not feel crowded. I had not problems waiting there. In any case the CH now opens much later than lunch time given the new departure time of the VS20. Last Wednesday it opened around 3pm
