Lounge access at DUB on IE DUB-LHR connecting to VS (Upper)

Next month I'll be flying from Dublin to Nairobi Upper Class with Virgin. The connecting flight from Dublin to Heathrow is with AirLingus and therefore is an economy flight. It has all been booked as a Virgin Upper Class ticket and I was wondering if anyone knows if I would have access to the Gold Circle Lounge at Dublin.

No the Gold Circle lounge will only be for EI Business Class customers and Gold Circle card holders.

You will be able to use the VS Clubhouse at Heathrow though before your flight to Nairobi.

Thanks Tinkerbelle, I was thinking that, and if I could only access one it would be the clubhouse.

You can also pay to get into a lounge at Dublin Airport through the Aer Lingus website. Quite frankly, I wouldn't bother as you will be leaving from the new Terminal 2 and there is plenty to do there including the Slaney Bar, the Chocolate lounge and Flutes, the champagne and wine bar as well as all the shops.

There is really no comparison between the old airport at DUB (now T1) and T2

Enjoy!

Thanks Honeylamb. As I have the Clubhouse to look forward too, I don't mind not having access to the Gold Circle Lounge, best to save myself for the bigger picture. I was just curious to see the new lounge, but not enough to have to pay for it, lol.
