Just wait till the LGW/MAN/GLA fleet is refitted with new IFE and the new Upper suites - which should happen before the LHR fleet then we might hear different complaints

Given that most of the flights from GLA to MCO this summer have been operated on the A330 ie. the newest planes in the VS fleet I think thats a tad unfair.

Posted: 04 Oct 2011, 15:25Actually mine was in June in a 747. I sat upstairs in the bubble in PE out and in UC back. The outward flight was one of the worst flights that I have ever experienced. What is 'a bit unfair' is Virgin charging full scheduled flight prices for a holiday charter flight experience (except poorer food - no choice and less service than other charters)

But might I suggest that your experience was a specific (bad) flight experience rather than a generic feature of flying with VS out of GLA?
