Virgin Lounge Access

Morning folks, got a wee dilemma, which I hope someone can help solve.

Am flying out with family on the VS029 at the end of August in Upper Class, using miles. Unfortunately husband drew the short straw and is stuck in Premium Economy (outbound, thankfully Upper on the inbound) as not enough reward seats have been issued on the outward bound flight. Please note both of us fly silver, not gold. :(

Unfortunately for Mr Apple, the rest of us wish to make use of the Virgin lounge at Gatwick. Question, is there anyway we can get Mr Apple into the lounge ?|

Each pax flying in UC can take 1 guest in to the lounge with them.

Like your way of thinking tontybear...maybe I could use this to my advantage and base my decision whether to take him in or not on the number of cups of tea I get in bed over the next 12 mornings ;)
