Does anyone know how long it takes Flying Club to put the points onto your account from the Retail Therapy pre-order service? The (several hundred) points earned from my pre-order duty free on 2 flights I took in May still aren't showing on my account, should I be concerned?

Miles from Retail Therapy are only sent across to Flying Club once a month.

In the past I've had to wait upto 3 months for my miles.

I must have hit the cut off right this time as mine went across in 2 weeks.

Just to update this post; I phoned the Retail Therapy people and told them that my flying club account was still minus the points from my duty free and I was told that there was a bit of a problem with the information in May and lots of people didn't get their points during that time. They updated my flying club account immediately. y)
