does it not tell you on your ticket which terminal you are leaving from?

Hello and welcome!

All Virgin flights depart from Terminal 3 at LHR.

If you confirm your dates of travel, we can confirm the aircraft type for seating.

Thanks,

Cal

If you look in 'manage my bookings' it will tell you the currently allocated aircraft type for your flight.

The aircraft type will then help determine the advice on the 'best' seats to try and pre-request.

The VS005 on 18th July next year is currently scheduled to be an airbus 340-600 (346).

I like the 346 (as you may have figured by my name), for PE, I would recommend seats 21 or 22 A&C or H&K depending how many of you are travelling, they are very comfy. You may wish to try to row 18 when you check in at the airport, this is right at the front so extra leg room.

Lounge wise, the new No.1 lounge has now opened in Heathrow T3, not used it but looks very nice: http://www.no1traveller.com/heathrow-ai ... inal-3.htm

Servisair also offer a lounge which is basic but a nice escape from T3 departures.

Hi Guys

Whilst on the topic of PE, can anyone tell me if the PE cabin on the A346 or 744(LHR) has a dedicated WC?

Thanks.

They have a WC that is on the PE side of the curtain, although you do occasionally get Y pax coming through the curtain and using it.
