Hi all

Has anyone used eDreams to book flights, thinking of going to Cyprus and noticed that eDreams offer 6 miles for every £ spent when following the Virgin shopping link. At the moment Expedia are only offering 2 miles to the £.

Obviously if there no reliable it's a complete waste of time.

Just googling edreams problems would scare me off this company!

Having had a look through their website, I cannot find any ABTA or ATOL numbers which would make me wary of booking anything.

You don't mentions in your post if your holidays are protected or bonded by ABTA, ATOL or similar in case of problems, though.

We are protected by ATOL for the Vacation Packages. For "only Flight" we are on the process.

We cannot be protected by ABTA as we are based in spain.

Are you protected by the Spanish equivalent of ABTA?

A lot of people will not book with a travel agent who is not protected and the advice from all the UK consumer watchdog organisations as well as the travel media is NOT to book with an agent who is not protected.

Equally people are advised to stay away from retailers who only have a PO BOX address. Your non UK expensive premium phone line (£1.53 a MINUTE) will also raise eyebrows as well.

Can you please provide your ATOL number as I cannot find it on your site and a search of the ATOL database finds no trace of you?
