Problems Logging in to ExpertFlyer

Expertflyer won't accept the code from my profile. My username is something like PTHIBYUI but ExpertFlyer says I can only log in with an e-mail address.


Do the codes no longer work? ?|

As part of ongoing improvements to ExpertFlyer we have switched from using usernames to email addresses to login. As such, Guest Accounts will not be used.

Guest Accounts only existed because back when ExpertFlyer first launched in 2005 we didn't have the no credit card required 5-day free trial that we do today. Now that we have the simple 5-day free trial, there isn't really a need for Guest Accounts, especially since Guest Accounts can't use Flight & Seat Alerts. It also means that any preferences and saved flight searches are already present when you decide to pay for ExpertFlyer, no need to create a new account and set everything up again.

We have tried relay this to our contact at V-Flyer, however we have not heard back from him. The Guest Account information shouldn't be displayed anymore in the forum, however the coupons are still valid and can be used as before.
