Just returned on VS 8 from LAX and would like to send an email thank you to the check in staff who helped sort a problem out.
Would anyone know of the address.

I don't recall seeing email address for the outstations.

Suggest you send an email to customer services and ask for it to be passed on

What Tonty suggests is to use the email link here - in your email say the date, class of travel, and anything you can remember about the check in agent. I've used this form before and feedback does get to the staff member.
