Well, I did try and encourage her, and she didn't get a treatment because all slots were taken, but still...

Gatwick, 9am, Saturday. Maximum of 15 people in the clubhouse. Spa empty. And yet no bookings available.

No sign of anything happening while wandering past a number of times before departure.

Something occasionally happens in there, right? It does seem a bit of doss to work there. You can't seem to book in advance, so it can't have been booked and not turned up...

Bit of a pity when you compare it to the shoe shine guy, who's fast, attentive and a very nice touch...

Can't comment on LGW, but Chris and I both got free treatments in a very busy LHR Clubhouse last week, without any problem. y)

I've only done LGW clubhouse, which is a smaller clubhouse which closes by about lunchtime (not sure if it has a lunch menu, btw).

I know LHR clubhouse is larger, is the Fat Cow spa thing a lot larger?

In reality, its not something I'd use, but if paying for a treatment is what they kind of require in one of them, I'd like them to tell me. I might consider it as a treat for the g/f...
