Can't thank Virgin Holidays and Atlantic enough

Have just had to return home from Vegas 3 days early due to the very ill health of my father-in-law who wasn't expected to last the day.

Went to see the VH rep and straight away they rang VA got us on seats the next day and at no extra charge and put us in the extra legroom PE exit row seats.

Very efficient and very thankful.

We made it home in time to see him. Linda

Sorry to hear of your loss.

When you get a moment I am sure that both VS and VH would like to hear from you so your thanks can be passed on to the staff involved.

Sorry for your loss. Had to come home early a few years ago due to a emergency and VA were excellent with our situation as well......

Sorry for your loss, but it is nice to hear about good customer service from both Virgin Holidays and Virgin Atlantic
