Looks like VS are having a quick sale

UC fares for late November to mid Jan include

NYC for £1,498*

SFO/LAC for £1,998

LGW/MAN - LAS - £ 1,978

usual T&Cs re availability apply. Book by 8th Nov.

*I have said previously that it would be very unlikely to see fares this low. Just shows what I know!

At least I didn't promise to eat my hat if they did make an appearance. :o) :o)

Just goes to show that you can never predict when the next sale will be along v(

EXCEPT, when BA announces one :w

Seems to me that both VS & BA have one continuous sale, as soon as one ends the next sale starts. Airlines are getting to look like Debenhams & DFS utterly desperate - the resession is beginning to hit hard. :(

And £361 to Boston in Econ isn't too bad for a shortish flight...

Now, when is the next PE sale.....?

D'oh! :D

Not two weeks ago blew miles on a trip I could now buy for a not unreasonable price. Think I may be one the phone to VS tomorrow to see what the options are...

VS not matching BA's sale price of £1599 CW to MCO & TPA though - and that's available through to 30th Sept '12!
Particular mismatch if you add in regional connection.

Perhaps BA going after VS cash cow?

Sub £2k for an Upper SFO/LAX is back to the levels that sales used to be at during 2000-2003. Cooooool!

(Although, on the other hand, worrying - that suggests lots of seats without bums at present...)

love VS though I do they can be annoyingly dis-organised at times.
UC fares to Asia 1555 then you click it and get:

These fares are available until 10 October 2011.

Departing from
London Heathrow to: Fares from: Departure dates:
Delhi £1,729 19 Oct 11 - 30 Jun 12

As of yester evening it was only my and MrsPJHs bums that are apparently troubling UC on our flight to JFK in late December.

Yeah it's quite normal for the sale pages to have typos with dates. They obviously just pick up the last closest one and change it but sometimes miss bits. Usually the pages are corrected within a few days.
