Difficulty Accessing My Bookings

Hi All,
In an effort to keep tabs on my seat requests, ever since I made the bookings, I have been able to access the bookings via the Flying Club members area using the "Your Future Flights" link. Now it's saying that there are no flights linked to my account. v(
By using the PNR number, I can access the flights for next year but not the flights for November. ?|
Phoning the F.C. helpline didn't come up with any answers other that they can see my seat requests are still intact but cant help me on not being able to manage my flights on line.
It only started giving grief today. Anyone had the same problem or knows what's going on...maybe its the Halloween gremlins in the IT Department. :w
