V-Flyer

Does anyone know if I have purchased a money+miles ticket whether I can change it for a full price ticket. It actually hasn't saved me money and I haven't got any miles, tier points etc.
Apologies, I am new to all this so am slowly navigating my away around the miles, points, prizes element of flying.
Any help greatly appreciated.

Yes this is possible, the miles are refunded but you have to pay the difference in fare and a change fee (not sure on amount).
