Outbound

Starters:

Spiced carrot and lentil soup with natural yoghurt dressing.

Prawn Cocktail
With little gem lettuce,fresh lemon and Mary Rose sauce.

Choice of warm bread rolls.

Main Course:

Grilled fillet of beef
With sautéed wild mushrooms,sweet potato mash and topped with horseradish herb butter.

Thai red chicken curry
Served with egg noodles,red chilli and coriander.

Pumpkin risotto
With artichokes, butternut squash,pesto,hard Italian cheese and fresh rocket.(V)

Dessert:

Chocolate chilli tart with mango sauce.

Warm sticky toffee pudding served with fresh cream.

Cheese:

Barber's Cheddar
Shropshire Blue Cropwell Bishop
llchester Double Gloucester

Served with Carr's Table Water crackers, Stilton and walnut biscuits and cranberry and Port wine compote.

Tea Time:

Sandwich Selection:

Mixed cheddar and sun-dried tomato.
Hot chilli roasted salmon with lemon Mayo.
Bacon, lettuce and tomato.

Warm sultana scone with clotted cream and strawberry jam.

Choice of cakes...Brownie, bakewell slice and profiterole.

Light Bites: (VS 7, 17, 19, 23, 43, 63, 65, 69, 85 only)

Mini beef burger with bacon, cheese and Bloody Mary relish.
Greek salad
With cherry tomatoes,cucumber,black olives,onion,feta cheese and olive oil.(V)
Mini sushi selection box.


Inbound

Nightcap and Turndown

Hot chocolate and shortbread biscuit
Chamomile tea with Lily O'Brien's chocolate
Single-malt whisky with cheese straws

Express Supper Tray

Yougurt-marinated chicken kebabs
Cheese plate - Wisconsin blue and new England cheddar with water biscuits
Fruit Plate

Hot Supper Tray

Braised short rib of beef with blanched baby carrots, asparagus, mashed potatoes and thyme jus

Stuffed pasta Florentine topped with arrabbiata sauce

All trays come with house salad and warm roll

Desert - 'Please ask our cabin crew for our selected cheeses or desert' (last nights offering was pumpkin cheesecake)

Rise and Shine

Fruit & Yoghurt
Apple muesli muffin top
Croissant with butter and choice of jam, honey, marmalade or Marmite
Full English - scrambled eggs, back bacon, port sausage, button mushrooms and rosti potatoes

Please note, the inbound is from VS10. Other inbounds may be slightly different.

I'll leave this open to allow discussion, but if there is any sillyness like last time, it will be locked again.

Good work in getting the menu up quickly. If anyone has the PE menu that would be great as I assume that'll stay the same for our next trip in Feb :-)

Good to see the full breakfasts on the shorter flights now too (and not just Bacon rolls!) - seemed odd that you got that in PE but not in UC!
