LHR Clubhouse - it's been a while!

I was last here en route to Chicago, followed by a Canadian adventure.
This time we're off to South Africa, with a couple of 'G' tickets. Very excited, naturally!
There's something welcoming about the LHR clubhouse. Familiarity plays a part, but the staff are excellent, and the layout of the 'room' is still world-beating, even after all these years. There are a few things that need attention - flooring in certain areas.. toilets... food could be better...
But it's still the best "waiting room" I know in any airport.
So "HELLO" from the clubhouse, and happy new year to all,
